Competed in my 3rd Teen Natural show at the 1989 Natural Teen Mr. Wisconsin Bodybuilding Championship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison amphitheater.
Won 1st place overall Natural Teen Mr. Wisconsin at 19 April 1989. I don’t have any video or pics of the show.
Began training Martial Arts in the summer of 1990 in Laguna Hills, CA at the age of 20.

3rd fight was at The Rosemont Horizon, now the Allstate Arena, on the undercard of Rick Roufus’s (Duke’s older brother) LHW World Championship victory vs the Champ, Marek Piotroski. I won my prelim fight with a :24 TKO spinning backfist which opened up a huge gash over the eye of my opponent. He was wearing headgear too. I apologized after in the locker room where he was getting stitched up by the doc. Great experience, 6k people. Name in lights and :24 of fame.
